Yameveo EOOD is a single-member limited liability company (ЕООД) incorporated under Bulgarian law. It operates under the unified brand “Yameveo” at yameveo.ai. A related entity, Yameveo S.L. (CIF B65893919, Spain), is legally independent and issues its own privacy policy covering its own data processing activities.

3. What Data Is Processed and Why

Visiting this website does not require you to provide any personal information. We do not run analytics, operate contact forms that store submissions, set tracking cookies, or maintain user accounts for visitors.

The only personal data processed is IP addresses appearing in standard server access logs.

3.1 Server access logs

Our web server (nginx) automatically records a standard access log entry for every HTTP request. Each entry contains the requesting IP address, the requested URL, the HTTP status code, and the timestamp. These logs exist for one purpose: detecting and responding to security threats, abuse, and service errors.

Logs are deleted automatically by log rotation. No log data is exported, analysed for traffic patterns, or retained beyond what rotation leaves in place.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / ЗЗЛД). We have a legitimate interest in maintaining the security and operational integrity of the service. This processing is limited to what is technically necessary and does not override your fundamental rights or freedoms.

4. Cookies and Client-Side Tracking

We do not set cookies for visitors. No analytics, advertising, or preference cookies are placed on your device. WordPress sets session cookies for logged-in administrators only — these are never set for ordinary visitors and have no effect on your browsing.

Server logs are stored exclusively on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, located within the European Union (Germany). Hetzner acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement in compliance with GDPR Article 28. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.

As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data (Articles 15–21 GDPR / ЗЗЛД). You also have the right to data portability where technically feasible (Article 20 GDPR).

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@yameveo.ai. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12(3).

In practice, the only personal data we hold is IP addresses in short-lived server logs. These are not linked to any identity and are deleted automatically. If you wish to request erasure before rotation occurs, contact us and we will action it promptly.
