Define the problem

We scope the actual technical problem — not the symptoms. This means reading your architecture, asking uncomfortable questions, and being clear about what we can and cannot solve.

Design the system

We produce a technical architecture before writing a line of code. For AI and cybersecurity work especially, design errors are expensive. We get this right first.

Build and test

Iterative delivery with regular checkpoints. You see working software at each milestone, not a big reveal at the end.
